Main Street Renewal has a strategic partnership with the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin. Together, we help our Residents during difficult times.
Each Resident that engages with the MSR CARES Program will receive an assessment by a Program Specialist, referrals to individualized resources, and on-going communication and customized support.

The MSR CARES Program consists of client assessment, resources, and empowerment services to promote financial and housing stability through evidenced-based practices. Our team of expert Program Specialists will refer you to an individualized list of available resources that are tailored to your specific situation.
The MSR CARES Program aims to offer support to residents of Main Street Renewal. Our team consists of Social Workers, Program Assistants, and Social Work Interns. The support we provide ranges from connecting residents to various types of assistance in their local areas to emotional support through tough times.
